ASSISTANT MANAGER – AFTER-SALES SERVICE

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – After-Sales Service in Pune to manage and strengthen after-sales operations for Retrofit Emission Control Devices. The role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, timely resolution of service requests, effective TAT management, field service coordination, and handling customer concerns and escalations. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting field visits for critical service issues, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementing corrective actions, monitoring critical spare availability, and coordinating closely with Sales, Operations, Technical, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong customer management, team leadership, problem-solving, communication, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills, along with the ability to manage service operations effectively and build long-term customer relationships.

* Plan and execute after-sales service strategies * Ensure timely resolution of service requests and TAT adherence * Drive customer satisfaction and improve CNPS * Conduct field visits for critical issues and service quality assessment * Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions * Manage customer concerns and service escalations * Monitor MSL of critical spares and ensure availability * Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Technical and in-house teams * Lead and support the service team to achieve targets * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
