We are looking for a commercially driven Jewellery Product & Merchandising Manager to develop trendy, profitable, and scalable product assortments for a growing lab-grown diamond jewellery brand.

Responsible For
* Develop product assortments across categories and price points
* Identify jewellery trends, design directions, and collection opportunities
* Balance fast-moving, high-margin SKUs with premium & hero pieces
* Provide pricing inputs based on costs, target audience & competitor benchmarking
* Review and improve design, CAD and sampling outputs
* Research domestic & global jewellery trends and consumer preferences
* Suggest innovative cuts, designs and product lines
* Collaborate with Design, Marketing, PR, Social Media, Production & Retail teams
* Create merchandising presentations and mood boards
* Support online assortment, product curation and offline pop-ups
* Convert customer and sales feedback into future collection recommendations
