* Relevant experience in after-sales service, field service, or service operations is preferred. * Strong customer management and relationship-building skills. * Experience in team leadership and service escalation management. * Good problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills. * Knowledge of TAT management and spare parts inventory management. * Strong planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage customer concerns and ensure timely service delivery.

* Plan and execute after-sales service strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience. * Ensure timely resolution of service requests and adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT). * Drive customer satisfaction (CNPS) through proactive service management. * Conduct field visits for critical issues, customer support, and service quality assessments. * Identify service issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions. * Manage customer concerns and service escalations to ensure timely resolution. * Monitor Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) of critical spare parts and ensure availability. * Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Technical, and internal teams for smooth service delivery. * Lead, guide, and support the service team to achieve operational targets. * Build long-term customer relationships and proactively address service requirements.
