We are looking for a hands-on Senior E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, quick commerce platforms, and B2B orders.Jobs
Specific Skills
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or D2C operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Shopify and quick commerce experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible For
- Manage marketplace operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Handle product listings, pricing updates, SKU management, and order processing.
- Coordinate inventory, warehouse operations, dispatches, and logistics.
- Manage quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Oversee Shopify backend operations and D2C order fulfilment.
- Handle returns, RTOs, claims, and marketplace payout reconciliation.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, order, and return reports using Excel.
