✅ Handle customer queries via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Chat & Social Media
✅ Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds & cancellations
✅ Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales & Accounts
✅ Maintain customer records in CRM
✅ Follow up with customers for timely resolution
✅ Educate customers about products, services & policies
