Understanding job description of various roles. • Screening candidates from Job portals such Naukri,shine etc as per the job description • Making job postings live on portals such as Indeed,IIM JOBS etc • Calling the candidates,explain the candidates the job opportunity and sharing the CV with management • Coordinating interviews as per availabilities of candidates and clients(should have knowledge of blocking calendar on google meet) • Ensuring closures on respective roles accordingly.
