Description
Coordinate pickup, dispatch, and delivery operations with courier partners
Track shipments and aging cases; ensure adherence to TAT and SLA
Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations with logistics partners
Maintain and update MIS, trackers, and reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
Follow up on pending cases, RTO, and reattempts and reverse logistics
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support)
