✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers
✅ Identify and onboard new suppliers across India and Asia
✅ Source competitive raw material supplies and explore new market opportunities
✅ Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
✅ Handle commercial negotiations and follow up on customer enquiries
✅ Coordinate with London HQ on market development, sales, and shipments
✅ Travel frequently to meet suppliers, customers, business partners, and attend trade shows
✅ Maintain and regularly update supplier databases
✅ Prepare monthly reports covering business development opportunities and enquiries
✅ Support shipping, documentation, accounts, and dispute-resolution activities
✅ Work towards achieving mutually agreed annual sales targets
