We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost analysis, tender estimation, and supporting project teams in maintaining accurate project cost control.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and quantity estimation for construction projects.

• Prepare cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.

• Conduct rate analysis for various civil and construction activities.

• Prepare and review tender estimates, BOQs, and comparative statements.

• Analyze material, labour, equipment, and other project costs.

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and execution teams for accurate estimates.

• Assist in monitoring project costs against approved budgets.

• Verify quantities and rates during project execution.

• Support preparation of variations, additional work estimates, and cost-related documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of estimates, quantities, rates, and project costing. Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Rate Analysis

• Estimation & Cost Estimation

• Quantity Take-Off

• BOQ preparation and evaluation

• Knowledge of construction materials and labour rates

• Good understanding of drawings and specifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel
