We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting architectural design, developing project plans, preparing drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that design requirements and project specifications are successfully delivered.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural design principles, excellent coordination skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. A practical understanding of construction processes and the ability to work within project timelines will be highly valued.Jobs
Specific Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in architecture or a related construction/design environment.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural software.
- Experience in preparing architectural drawings and project documentation.
- Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and site execution.
- Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working within project deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable architecture and design practices will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in an on-site environment and travelling to project locations when required.
Responsible For
- Develop and assist in the preparation of architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and project plans.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and layouts.
- Coordinate with senior architects, project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure architectural designs are aligned with project requirements, specifications, building standards, and timelines.
- Assist in developing design concepts and translating them into practical and buildable solutions.
- Create and update architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Support architectural visualization and presentation of design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with on-site teams to monitor progress and ensure work is executed according to approved designs.
- Identify design or execution-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Assist in incorporating sustainable and practical design solutions wherever applicable.
- Review project documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency across drawings and design deliverables.
- Coordinate revisions and maintain updated project drawings and documentation.
- Assist senior architects and project management teams in ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
