🎯 10+ years of relevant road transport experience
🎯 Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with independent P&L & sales responsibility
🎯 Proven success in acquiring and retaining PSU, MNC, EPC, manufacturing and EXIM clients
🎯 Strong commercial, negotiation and contract-management skills
🎯 Excellent understanding of fleet, market vehicles, vendors and transport operations
🎯 Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities
🎯 Willingness to travel extensively across India
🎯 Fluency in English and Hindi
Responsible For
✅ Own revenue, gross margin and EBITDA targets for the vertical
✅ Drive new business development, RFQs/RFPs, tenders and commercial negotiations.
✅ Build and strengthen relationships with key institutional clients
✅ Develop cross-selling opportunities across logistics verticals
✅ Lead FTL, LTL, container trailer and specialised transport operations
✅ Build a strong pan-India vendor and broker network
✅ Manage fleet utilisation, productivity, fuel efficiency and operating costs
✅ Drive SLA, KPI, safety, compliance and service excellence
✅ Implement TMS, GPS/telematics, e-POD and real-time shipment visibility
✅ Build, coach and retain a high-performing team
