Key responsibilities include handling 450–500 cases per month, maintaining daily MIS, identifying anomalies in claim processing, and ensuring necessary process corrections. The role requires a graduate with at least 2 years of experience in tele-verification, KYC, or collections, along with good communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge, a target-oriented approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Jobs
