We are looking for confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our Sales & Customer Care team.
The role involves connecting with customers, explaining products and services, handling inquiries, and supporting business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Specific Skills
* Good communication skills in Hindi & English
* Confident and clear communication
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)
* Positive attitude, patience & willingness to learn
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Civil Engineering background will be preferred
Responsible For
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
* Explain product details, offers & services clearly
* Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software
* Achieve daily, weekly & monthly call and conversion targets
* Maintain a professional and customer-first approach
