Hiring a Tender Executive & Online Marketplace Executive with 1–3 years of experience for a full-time, work-from-office position in Fort, Mumbai. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, online B2B/B2C marketplaces, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer coordination. Responsibilities include handling GeM portal operations, tender filling and submission, bidding, reverse auctions, preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution. Graduates from any discipline with good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Excel are preferred. Salary will be based on experience and interview.Jobs
Specific Skills

Responsible For
1. Online Portal Coordination: Managing and coordinating with various online B2B/B2C portals and marketplaces
2. Amazon Operations: Complete handling of Amazon Seller account – Product listing, pricing, inventory update, order processing, customer queries, and returns
3. Customer Coordination: Handling inbound inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotations, following up with customers for order closure, and ensuring after-sales support
4. Tender Management: Searching, filling, and submitting tenders, especially on *GeM (Government eMarketplace) portal*
5. GeM Portal Expertise: Must have good understanding of GeM portal – Product listing on GeM, participation in bids, reverse auctions, order management, and documentation
6. Sales Documentation: Preparing invoices, quotations, and maintaining sales reports
7. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with Accounts, Logistics, and Technical team for smooth order execution
